Luc Devreux and Andrew Scott are members of a prototype military unit known as the Universal Soldiers. The culmination of a top secret government project to create the perfect warrior, they possess extraordinary skills and powers, and are devoid of pain, emotions…or memories of their lives before they were turned into UniSols.
