Hollywood hero Bruce Willis is right on target with his performance in this solidly entertaining, “top-notch thriller (Paul Fischer, Moviehole)” from Lethal Weapon director Richard Donner. Willis is Jack Mosley, a burnt-out New York cop whose ordinary assignment – escorting a petty criminal just 16 blocks from the precinct a courthouse hearing – is about to become the toughest of his career.
